Formerly Pam was the Chief Experience Officer at The Achieve Institute and served as Vice President of Business Transformation at ADP where Pam led Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Process Improvement on large-scale enterprise efforts designed to increase operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness. Pam began her career in technology at Gartner, an IT think-tank, and has held multiple roles including a Change Leadership Consultant. Pam is a strong relationship builder and client partner and has excellent organization and project management skills.
